HOW TO: Enable the New Facebook Timeline Profile Now

Facebook has already announced its new feature at it F8 conference.  Meaning you must have heard about the new Facebook profile view called “TIMELINE” its pretty much similar to Myspace when it was first released. Now I know why Facebook wants its users to view their friends profile as a timeline because, if later then they would release Facebook Music, which is a collaboration with Spotify, meaning Social+Music.

In this article I will let you get the latest and greatest features of Facebook so called timeline

Step1: Before performing this steps, you should have added your personal mobile number linked to your profile. Follow http://developers.facebook.com/apps

Step2: Click on Create app icon on top right corner, and provide a appname and Namespace for your app. The name really does not matter, as a matter a fact we are not creating any such app, its just we are utilizing an app that is already present their.

This is just to get Facebook timeline feature to get approval.

Step3: On the left side bar, click Open Graph. Now type in a test action such as read a book, watch a movie or something similar. It is all laid out right in front of you, no worries guys.

Step4: Now that you are a step ahead to get an invite of Facebook timeline feature, just fill something out and click Save changes and Next. Just select Next and next unless you see the Save and Finish page. Your app will be created and nobody, but you will know about it.

That’s it folks! Now click on the Big Facebook icon on top left, and you must see a Facebook Timeline Invitation, just click get it now.
